Upcoming events: Afroperuvian Devil's Dance parade at Pioneer Square Occidental Park Thurs June 3rd, 7pm (This is a traditional community event rooted in AfroPeruvian culture-free family event) Art on The Fly art festival at Lake Union Saturday June 5th, 2pm and 3pm special performance with BQDance. (An indigenous market scene will be recreated with masks and props across the street from Whole Foods-free family event) The next FREE MONTHLY Ballroom Dancing class will be Monday June 7th at 6pm. Monday May 10 ,5pm at Kenyon Hall All ages HIP HOP class with Erick Paul, $10/person 6pm Beginner Ballroom begins a new 7 session cycle today, $15 7pm Salsa for Beginners, $15 This past weekend was a blast in company of excellent and recognized musicians such as Memo Acevedo(NY), John Santos(Oakland), Carlos Cascante (Seattle) Laura Rebolloso(Mexico), Shannon Dudley(UW) the YVCC Salsa Band (WA) and our very own Peta Robles (Peru) who received nothing but love from dozens of music students and artists in Yakima. Below are some highlights of our weekend in Yakima in collaboration with Andre Mintz of MamboU.

Cinco De Mayo week

This week enjoy our FREE monthly Ballroom class open to the public 6pm-7pm. This week Balorico will be in Yakima bringing the joy of Salsa & AfroPeruvian dance to dozens of kids and teens participating in the Latin Music Celebration events organized by the Yakima Valley Community College.
